Allchoice, Inc. was originally incorporated as Louis & Associates,
Inc. in 1999.
In 2003 we changed our name to Allchoice, Inc. to better reflect
what we do and to allow us to expand to other states throughout the
USA.
We are located in the City of
Wixom Michigan.

We specialize in both individual and small business health
insurance (up to 1000 employees). We also provide continual
personal service to business owners and their employees. We
provide over 700 Individual health plans and over 200 Group health
insurance plans as well as Disability, Life, Long Term Care and
Medicare insurance.
